LEARNING FROM EAGLES COACH DOUG PEDERSON

Team CLC -- I attended a wonderful leadership program here in South Jersey and Doug Pederson was the main speaker. I waited in line to get a picture with him but it turned out terrible, he looked great and well I did not! Perhaps it was my distaste for lines. Regardless, here are a few good take away's that influenced our beloved Eagles to a Super Bowl victory.

Leaders Must: Create Positive Energy Eliminate Distractions Have No Fear Attack Everything (as I will be attacking this book)

Overarching Theme = Individuals make a difference but teams create miracles and without a leader there is no team.

Coach Pederson, thanks for your leadership lessons and a victory we will never forget....GO BIRDS!!!
