OUR TEAM
Colonel’s Leadership Council is comprised of retired Senior Officers and NCO’s along with active Leaders in many fields, with decades of experience. They are formally trained in the Art and Science of Leadership and have the skills to transfer that knowledge to you and your team.
Our team has led Battalions, companies, platoons, staffs, companies and teams. This same team has successfully risen in the corporate and public ranks. They have achieved the positions of VP of Sales and Marketing, CFO, COO, Coach and many other roles.
The skills developed and honed in both the Art and Science of leadership will support the growth of individuals, teams and organizations through assessing, program design, coaching, and mentoring.
DEAN DISIBIO
Founder & CEO
Colonel (Ret.) DiSibio served the United States Army for 30 years starting as an Enlisted Soldier. He has held various leadership positions both on Active Duty and in the US Army Reserves including company and battalion commander. In the private sector, Dean has served in senior leadership and sales management roles in both large and small companies, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large independent supplies distributor. His last experience in the US Army was focused on the training and development of Commanders, staffs and Soldiers preparing for deployment. This included a senior role as Chief Observer Controller Trainer (OCT) responsible for over 100 OCT’s that trained Commanders and units consisting of over 4,000 Soldiers.
PJ MEHIGAN
Leadership Adviser
PJ Mehigan has been a health and physical education teacher at Cherokee High School since beginning his career in 1997 and currently serves as the department coordinator for the department. From 2002 to 2017 PJ served as head football coach at Cherokee High School. During his tenure he had a 134-41 record and won five sectional titles (2005, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014). The Chiefs never had a losing mark during his tenure. He is a strong advocate for leadership and character education in athletics. PJ is married with three kids.
BILL REILLY
Leadership Adviser
Colonel (Ret.) Reilly served the United States Army for nearly 29 years. He has held various leadership positions both on Active Duty and in the US Army Reserves. In the private sector, Bill has served in senior leadership roles in both public and private companies for 25 years, currently as Chief Operations Officer for a midsize automotive technology and marketing company. He has focused on high growth organizations leading them to successful exits. In the Army, he led leadership and operational training for deploying Commanders, staffs and Soldiers preparing them for their upcoming missions.
JAMES BULKOWSKI
Leadership Adviser
Colonel (Ret.) Bulkowski served as an Infantry officer in the United States Army for 30 years starting as an ROTC cadet. He has held in various leadership positions both on Active Duty and in the US Army Reserves. These leadership positions included: Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, (Company and Battalion) Company Commander, and Battalion Commander. COL Bulkowski’s expertise was in leading and building high performing teams capability of effective operation in uncertain and stressful conditions. His most recent success is the development and implementation of senior leader training curriculum in preparation for deployment of Commanders, Staffs and Soldiers to combat theaters of operation.
PAUL MCCULLOUGH
Leadership Adviser
Dr. (LTC, Retired) Paul McCullough served in the US Army for just over 20 years. During this time, he held numerous leadership positions in the fields of acquisition, logistics, and technology. He also earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Program Management, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Subsequent to his Army career, Dr. McCullough served as a Chief Operating Office and Chief Value Officer for a small business, before transitioning to the American Bible Society, where he is able to truly fulfill his passion for ministry. Dr. McCullough cares deeply about serving others and is currently pursuing credentials as a licensed minister within the Assemblies of God denomination. He’s been married for over 21 years and has two great kids.
SETH CSASZAR
Leadership Adviser
Staff Sergeant Csaszar has had four combat deployments with the U.S. Army from 2013-2019. Sergeant Csaszar’s last three deployments were with the 75th Ranger Regiment where he served as a squad leader, entrusted with the highest level of responsibility, leadership and confidence to conduct strategic military operations. Currently, he is serving in the U.S. Army Reserves while he attends college at Stockton University. He is on track for Physical Therapy school. Sergeant Csaszar’s military education has placed heavy emphasis on the development of leadership skills. This includes completion of Advanced Leaders Course, Basic Leaders Course, Ranger School, Airborne School and
Air Assault School. His military accolades include being the recipient of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Medallion, the Iron Sergeant Award, and Combat Infantry Badge. Outside of his military experience, Seth Csaszar, has been a life-long athlete, wrestling from a young age through college. His teamwork and leadership skills gained through sports experiences have built a strong foundation for his military career and future in the medical field. He is enthusiastic about sharing his passion for developing leadership qualities to aid in setting others up for future success.
GRANT ROBINSON
Leadership Advisor
A native of Brooklyn, New York, Grant received a BA from Syracuse University, a MA from New Mexico State, and a JD from Rutgers School of Law-Camden Campus. As a civil litigation attorney for 30 years, he has handled more than 10,000 complicated cases in areas such as bankruptcy, family law, and guardianships. He served 10 years on active duty and 10 years in the Reserves, reaching various leadership positions and earning a Bronze Star for service in Iraq. An ancestry researcher in his spare time, he's published several articles and has been recognized by the Sons of The American Revolution as a descendant of three patriots.
ANTHONY DISIBIO
Vice President of Marketing
Anthony is a passionately competitive professional with over five years of experience in education, sales/marketing, consulting, and relationship building. He earned a M.A. in Secondary Education from West Virginia University. After graduation he served as an educator in an inner-city school in Charlotte, NC. Since then he has flourished in a variety of roles including a field marketing role with an IT solutions company. With CLC, he created and currently manages the company website and social media accounts and implements marketing strategies that have resulted in improved efficiency and accelerated sales growth.
